Thank you so much for supporting a local business. We kindly ask that you read the below Terms and Conditions before making an appointment with Parlour Dala.

We understand that ‘life’ happens and things change; so we have come up with a fair reschedule, cancellation and credit note policy.

72 Hour Reschedule & Cancellation Policy

All booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please ensure you have understood this before making any booking with Parlour Dala.

On occasions, you may need to change your appointment time or day and we will always respect this. To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly ask that you give 72 hours’ notice so that another client has the opportunity to make an appointment.

All booking fees will remain as a CREDIT NOTE for you to use within 6 months if you are unable to reschedule on the day you notified Parlour Dala. If Parlour Dala does not recieve a reply back within 7 days, the booking fee is forfeited and a new booking must be made.

If 72 hours notice is not provided the Booking Fee is forfeited and you’ll need to make a new booking.

We are small business that survives off our clients showing up to their private 1:1 appointment.

Appointment Booking Fee

When making an appointment we will ask you for a Booking Fee which will be processed via the booking link. If you do not arrive for your appointment the deposit will be forfeited. If you do not arrive to your appointment and fail to provide a reschedule date within 7 days the booking fee is forfeited.

The Booking Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

All appointments are sent three (3) reminders via email and text message, when the booking is made, 72 hours before the appointment and on the day. If you need to cancel or reschedule please text 0413 896 193 ASAP.

No Show

Should the unfortunate occasion occur that you do not arrive for your appointment, please remember your Booking Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
